We offer two types of plans: monthly and annual. Here’s how our cancellation policy works for each:

Monthly Plan

  • These plans renew automatically every 30 days, and payment is deducted accordingly.
  • Once payment is deducted, you cannot cancel the service mid-month.

Annual Plan

  • Our annual plans renew automatically each year to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • If you wish to cancel, you must inform us at least 30 days before your plan's renewal date.
  • This notice gives us time to process your cancellation and make necessary adjustments.
